Orbis Partners is a human services consulting group specializing in designing and implementing evidence based services for high risk client groups. We assist our clients to generate and access new information and adapt new resources to their human service contexts. Our team shares an enthusiasm for helping organizations build new capacities to better serve their clients and the public. We spread that enthusiasm to the organizations we help through a variety of programs, tools, and research activities designed to produce positive outcomes in the clients they serve and bolster the satisfaction and efficacy of their staff.
Orbis Partners and their associates have many years of experience working inside governments and non-profit service organizations and in delivering services as private sector consultants. We have an in-depth understanding of the obstacles to effective service delivery and understand the need for timely and incisive information for decision making.
Through this experience, Orbis Partners can assist government organizations and agencies to plan for effective implementation. We support the implementation efforts of our clients through a variety of innovative tools including casework software, dynamic training, technical support, and specialized workshops for managers and supervisors engaged in the challenging work of managing change.
